After placing your order, you provide the balcony’s orientation and width, and we generate a combined layout featuring a laundry cabinet and leisure seating. The initial draft illustrates the cabinet configuration—including pipe boxing and open shelving areas.
The detailed design phase covers recommendations for drying rack heights and folding mechanisms, boundaries for decking (anti-rot wood) or floor tiling, and safety clearances between plant stands and railings. Final deliverables include a balcony zoning plan, details on waterproof cabinet edging, and dimensioned drawings for the leisure area. We offer one revision to swap the primary and secondary functional zones to better suit your preferences for drying clothes or enjoying the view.
